Shannon Bard is New England's culinary wonder woman: innovative Chef/Owner of exclusive catering company, Food Network Champion, cookbook author, food blogger and mother of four. 


She won the title of Food Network Kitchen Inferno Champion beating celebrity and world renowned chefs for the prestigious title. 


She has made television appearances on Food Network, The Cooking Channel, Telemundo, Boston Chronicle, Maine Food Frenzy, 207 and has been featured on the Food Network Series - Beat Bobby Flay.


Shannon has trained at the three Michelin Star restaurant, Arzak - San Sebastian, Spain (currently ranked 8th best restaurant in the world) and also had the honor to cook for an over capacity crowd at the prestigious James Beard House in New York City.
